| Article 1. Purpose | This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations required for the Movie Division to produce and deliver a customized AI movie based on materials and requests provided by the Client. |

| Article 2. Production Subject | The production subject shall be proposal and event, family, corporate and organization, education and training, marketing and advertising, social message, or personal storytelling movie. |
| Article 3. Materials Provided | The Client shall lawfully provide photos, videos, voice recordings, text, logos, product data, personal information, and licensed materials required for production. |
| Article 4. Production Scope | The production scope may include planning, scenario development, scene design, AI image and video generation, voice, music, subtitles, editing, and final output. |
| Article 5. Revision Standards | Basic revisions are handled within the number stated in the agreement or quotation. Additional materials, extended running time, or full concept changes may incur additional costs. |
| Article 6. Rights | Rights to materials provided by the Client remain with the Client. Editing structure, production know-how, templates, internal prompts, and process materials are managed as production assets of the Movie Division. |
| Article 7. Delivery | Final delivery shall be made in a general video format such as MP4. Subtitles, thumbnails, poster images, or event-screening files may be provided separately. |
| Article 8. Confidentiality | Both parties shall not disclose personal information, family history, corporate information, or non-public materials obtained during production without permission. |
